ATHENA Leadership Awards banquet featuring 3 award categories and a dinner celebration honoring amazing people and organizations who empower, promote and contribute time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in our community, especially women.

Designed to recognize women in leadership and those who promote women's career progress, the ATHENA Award was created in 1982 and is celebrated in communities around the world. Now in Sheboygan, our ATHENA nominees are celebrated at a special Ceremony each year highlighted by a prominent keynote speaker.
