HOW DOES THE MOBILE SCAVENGER HUNT WORK?
Participating interns and co-ops will download our mobile app to their phones, and then zip around Sheboygan County between June 13 and July 23, going after clues, collecting points and discovering new venues and amenities in a fun and exciting way!

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
This scavenger hunt model for marketing gives you instant user interaction. As a stop on the mobile scavenger hunt, participants will be given a clue with instructions to visit your business.
  • Approximately 200+ interns and co-ops will be directed right to your business doors.
  • Exposure to new customers and potential repeat business. Many co-ops work in Sheboygan County for six months or more!
  • Social media mentions with pictures. In order to earn points, participants are instructed to take a selfie at your place of business and share it on social media.
  • You have the option to have an information table at our Intern and Co-op Program Kickoff on June 13 at the Kiwanis Fieldhouse in Sheboygan from Noon until 3:30.
TESTIMONIAL:
Here's a testimonial from an intern who was directed to The Blind Horse Restaurant and Winery through the scavenger hunt app last year:  "I liked going to the Blind Horse. Not a place I probably would have picked on my own, but it was really cool and I ended up really enjoying it. Will be going back!"

WHAT'S IN IT FOR THE INTERNS AND CO-OPS?
  • Discounted pricing or special offers from your business. Budget-conscious college students look for businesses that offer discounts.
  • The chance to win a Chamber Cash prize from the Chamber for participating in the scavenger hunt. Who doesn't love to win prizes?
  • A fun experience and a lasting, favorable impression of Sheboygan County.  Whether the interns and co-ops start their careers here or serve as ambassadors for Sheboygan County when they head back to college, a good experience benefits our local employers and our economy.
MORE TESTIMONIALS:
"The scavenger hunt and intern program really enhanced my overall experience in Wisconsin this summer. It introduced me to some wonderful interns that I would not have had a chance to meet otherwise. The scavenger hunt was so much fun and an inspired way to get people to explore all the wonderful things Sheboygan has to offer. Thank you so much for organizing everything once again!" -- Jennifer Ho, Kohler Company Co-op

"I really enjoyed the program/scavenger hunt, because not only did I have the opportunity to meet more interns and make friends with them, I was also able to explore this area a lot more! Before coming here, I was worried about not having enough things to do after work, but the scavenger hunt and all other activities really kept me busy. I liked that all of the activities are different and new activities come up every week, such as food trucks, sports, concerts, arts, and etc. It is absolutely an amazing program!" -Victoria Zhao, Kohler Company Co-op
