LOCATION: Lakeshore Technical College – Cleveland, Wisconsin
POSITION SUMMARY: Manage all daily/monthly/annual operations that keep the Lakeshore Technical College (Lakeshore) Foundation in compliance with its incorporation as a non-profit institution in support of its mission to serve students and the College. This includes daily gift and pledge entry and expenditure reports from the Foundation CRM; preparing and managing all banking transactions on behalf of the Foundation; managing all required accounting processes for regular income and expense reporting processes; managing all Lakeshore Foundation business documentation as it pertains to annual audits; administration of scholarships and scholarship application cycles; and managing the Lakeshore Foundation Board of Directors correspondence - all under the supervision of the ED. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with staff and board members. Perform tasks independently and maintain confidentiality. Provide an exceptional customer service experience to both internal and external stakeholders throughout every interaction. Ensures all documents and communication are representative of the Foundation and College brand.
