The color decision for a commercial or industrial flat roof when a membrane is being installed is no longer “black and white.”  The manufacturer that Precision Roofing Services works with, Duro-Last, recently introduced an array of color options. These can also be installed on larger residential no or low slope roofs. The color choices (top to bottom): light gray, light tan, blue, midnight bronze, patina, green, brown, colonial red, copper, and bright red.  
 
Architects and building facility maintenance personnel are approaching the entire structure from an aesthetic standpoint and the roof was previously not an area color alternatives were available.
